Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation Notice:

Immediately after you complete your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been successfully received in our system and the payment has been processed. We promptly contact our suppliers to ensure your ordered item is ready for dispatch. In instances where the item is backordered or not available, we will inform you through email, allowing you to choose between waiting for the item to become available or canceling your order.

Our Shipment Policy:

Our aim is to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. Working with various aquarium manufacturers means the dispatch time for your order can vary based on the product's manufacturer. 

The delivery window is typically between 2-10 business days. However because each Advance Aqua product is made to order those take typically 2-3 weeks.

Within 48 hours of your order being shipped, we will send you the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

We utilize the quickest and most reliable shipping methods for your order. Smaller items usually ship through carriers like FedEx or UPS, while larger, heavier items are sent through truck freight carriers such as Pilot Freight, Yellow Freight, Roadway, or FedEx Freight.

Note: For all water features  “assembly is required” and
“color and texture of actual stones will vary due to their natural uniqueness.”
